Budleigh Salterton’s popularity as a holiday destination has been confirmed by the arrival in the town of yet another letting company which has just added two more properties to its portfolio. Both are in great locations just seconds from the beach and have just become available. The Cottage Company Devon which opened a shop in Fore Street in April specializes in offering unique and stylish homes for self-catering visitors. The two latest properties bring to a total of nine the number of holiday lets in Budleigh handled by Exeter-based businesswoman Kate Looker.
