Hans-Ludwig Wolff was the observer in the Heinkel's five-man aircrew. His body was the only one recovered from the sea. His grave in the Higher Cemetery at Exeter is one of 6,196 German war graves maintained by the excellent Commonwealth War Graves Commission. He is buried in Section Z, Row K, Grave 64.
