A Musical Entertainment by St Margaret’s School, Exeter

On Saturday 4 July 2009 at 7.30 pm the Chapel and Chamber Choirs of St Margaret's School, Exeter, will perform works in a range of styles, from sacred to secular and Baroque to the present day. Instrumental items will include pieces played by chamber groups and the school Wind Band.

Their Musical Director, Mary Lowles lives in Budleigh Salterton! Pictured, right, is the St Margaret's School Senior Choir.

For many years the annual concert at St Peter's Church by the talented youngsters from Exeter School has been justifiably popular. They are unable to come to Budleigh in 2009 because of a change of Musical Director, explained Chris Parrish for St Peter's Music. "We're pleased to be able to continue support for the work
of young people by welcoming the students from St Margaret’s School," he said.
